              No exchange is allowed for customized pieces-
            :For other jewelry items, the following exchange policy applies-

              . Merchandise must be exchanged within 2 days from the date you received your order-

        .    Always inform us by e-mail [email protected] before sending back any item-
             .  Merchandise must not been worn, altered, washed or used-
               .Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging and condition-
             Once we receive your merchandise and we approve exchange, you have 3 days to choose whatever you want using your store credit

            .   Please note that you will be responsible for new handling, shipping costs and taxes-
               Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. You will be responsible for handling, shipping costs, taxes and duties

      Processing Time

               Manufacturing takes 10 to 14 business days from time of full payment-

               Allow for up to 7 additional business days for deliveries within KSA. International deliveries take from 7-21 business days, depending on destination and other factors

               We are not responsible for any delays by the delivery courier-
